The Frosty Penguin is a mobile business that started in Palmetto, Florida. We are proud to serve a variety of flavors of hand dipped Hershey's Ice Cream. Pick your favorite flavor (or flavors), and put it in a dish, cone, milkshake, or customize your own sundae! Also serving a variety of flavors of snow cones. 

 

We are available for parties, corporate events, fundraisers, and other events.​
